TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ONLINE ORDERS: Customers wishing to pay for their order with a credit card
may submit their order electronically through this web-site. An email address must be entered so you can receive
confirmation that we received your order. No credit card account information is
revealed in the email confirmation that is sent.
MAIL ORDERS: Customers wishing to pay for their order with a check or money
order or customers who select the Snail Mail Box on the Check Out page, will be taken to an order page
without pictures that they can print out and mail in along with payment. Orders
paid by personal checks will not be shipped until the check fully clears our
bank. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and all payments must be made in
U.S. funds. No COD orders are accepted. We do NOT advise sending cash through
the mail. All checks and money orders should be made payable to: Cybergraphic
Designs, Inc.
PHONE ORDERS: Credit card orders may be phoned in to our toll free order line
1-888-GET-SPFX or our local number 440-888-8548. They may also be faxed to us at
440-888-6638. Our normal office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday -
Friday, but don’t be surprised to find us working late or on the weekends. If
you can reach us outside of our normal office hours we will be happy to process
your order.
SHIPPING: Unless specific shipping instructions are given to us, orders will
be shipped by the most economical means and to the best advantage of our
customers, at our discretion. If a faster service is required you can request
third day air, second day air or overnight service at an additional charge.
Please contact us for a quotation on express service rates. Shipping &
Handling charges shown on the order form are calculated for continental U.S.
residents. Orders shipping to points outside the continental U.S. and orders of
exceptional weight (i.e. containing large amounts of clay, plaster, casting
latex and other heavy items) are subject to additional shipping charges. If the
shipping charge is more than the shipping charge shown on the order form you
will be contacted with the correct Shipping & Handling charge before your
order is shipped.
RETURN POLICY: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please
notify us immediately. Any item manufactured by Cybergraphic Designs found to be
defective will be replaced if you notify us upon receipt of the item. No returns
will be accepted after 15 days. Our liability for a defective item will not
exceed its replacement cost to us. Due to the nature of cosmetics and cosmetic products we cannot guarantee the sanitary nature
of any item once it has left our premises. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure
that you know what you are ordering before placing the order, as all sales are final.
DISCLAIMER: Most of the items we sell are considered non-toxic. Foam latex
kits, foam urethane kits, and some components are a few of the exceptions. We
have tried to provide precautionary warnings on all materials that, we believe,
present a potential health hazard. However, the responsibility for safe use of
any product sold rests solely on the buyer or user. No warranty either expressed
or implied is given and Cybergraphic Designs assumes no liability for the use or
misuse of any item purchased. Individuals using these products should refer to
the product instruction sheet for applicable warning and safe handling
instructions. Always use proper ventilation, safety glasses, chemical resistant
gloves and common sense when working with hazardous or suspected hazardous
materials.
ORDERING DURING WINTER MONTHS: All liquid latex products, as well as
Pros-Aide and Cabo-Bondo will spoil if allowed to freeze. To avoid this we
suggest having these products shipped using the express service during winter
months. We haven't experienced any problems using express shipping, however,
please be aware that the customer orders these products at their own risk.
