I can't find how to order the Klingon prosthetics you show in your photo gallery. How can I order one?
We are very sorry but a while back we received a Cease & Desist order from Paramount/Viacom. We can no longer manufacture and sell any of our Imperial Warriors or other prosthetics that resemble Paramount properties.
I need to give a report on doing such and such with Special Effects Makeup at school. Can you tell me step-by-step how to do it?
I wish we had the time and the manpower to help you but we can't keep our prices low and pay for our employees to do your homework at the same time. We would be happy to suggest a few books or videos that may help.
Do you accept Purchase Orders from schools?
Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from schools and other organizations. At your request we will have your Purchase Order number appear on all packages and correspondence. Payment must be received before any orders ship out. Contact us with what items you need and we will prepare a quote, which includes shipping charges for you.
Do you accept Collect On Delivery (COD) orders?
No, we do not accept COD orders. Payment must be received before any orders ship out.
I do not have a credit card. What other payment methods do you accept?
Other than credit cards, we accept payment through money orders, cashier checks, personal checks, Western Union money transfers, and PayPal money transfers funded through a checking account or PayPal balance in US Funds. We do not accept PayPal money transfers that are funded with a credit card. Contact us for the information you will need to send us money by Western Union or PayPal.
