Well, it's mid-November here in Ohio and we had our first snowfall today.
I want to remind our customers that some of our products can be damaged
if they freeze. So when ordering those products we suggest using one of the
express services offered by UPS such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day
Select. Some of the products that are damaged by freezing are Liquid Latex,
Pros-Aide adhesive products and other acrylic emulsion adhesives like
Pro-Adhesive, Beta Bond, and Cabo-Patch as well as cold-foam urethane kits.
When placing your order online you can request we email you a shipping quote
for the express services by typing a short note into the comments box on the
checkout page. Click here to see a map of the US
with Ground Service delivery times from our order distribution center in
Cleveland, Ohio. If your delivery location is withing the yellow area on the map,
travel time for your delivery is only 1-day and an express service is not necessary.
